Most of my patients are concerned about proper posture and the ways to improve it. Majority of back problems are contributed to poor posture. Poor posture creates imbalance in the musculoskeletal system (stress to spine, joints, ligaments and muscles). If proper posture is not maintained during the daily activities, this will cause poor physical performance, damage to supportive tissues, pain and ultimately irreversible changes to the skeletal system.
